TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All prices quoted are per person.

The management reserve the right to amend prices as quoted.

Senior citizens qualify for £5 discount per weekly booking.

Children under 3 years stay free, 3 to ten half price and 10 to 15 years ¾

A booking fee of £20 per person is required to secure a room.

If a deposit has been made and suitable notice to cancel ( minimum 14 days before your arrival date ) is not received or the booking is not taken or a no show occurs then full payment will become liable.

Once we receive your deposit we confirm by post and we enclose an insurance document for you to consider taking in case you have to cancel your holiday.

All Deposits Are Non Refundable
